Gelareh Keshavarz

Gelareh Keshavarz is an EAP Instructor and Instructional Designer who designs and teaches face-to-face and blended Occupation Specific Language Training Courses aimed at internationally educated Professional Managers, Project Managers, Engineers, Health Professionals, Entrepreneurs, and Accountants at Sheridan College of Technology and Advanced Learning.

At the University of Toronto, she taught a variety of Academic English courses to international students including the most prestigious Green Path program. At the Rotman School of Management, she co-developed a curriculum prototype for an intercultural communication prototype.

Gelareh is an assessor with several English proficiency tests such as the Canadian English Language Benchmark Assessment for Nurses (CELBAN) with Touchstone Institute, canTEST with the University of Ottawa, and COPE test with the University of Toronto.

She is currently completing her Master of Education (Distance Education) with a focus on Instructional Design at Athabasca University. Gelareh has a BA in English and a Certificate of Education from Cambridge University. She is a member of the eCampus Ontario Digital Credentials Working Group. Gelareh is an award winner mentor with Toronto Region Immigrant Employment Council (TRIEC).
