Konrad is a Human Resources Professional currently
working as a Consultant in Labour and Employee Relations for the City of
Toronto. Previously, he was a Labour Relations Business Partner for Coca-Cola where
he was responsible overlooking Central Canada. With passion for labour relations, he has experience with many aspects of Human Resource portfolio, ranging from recruitment to strategic thinking and planning, which comprise the balance of
his work today.
Konrad’s management qualities are his commitment in
working in a transparent, collaborative and inclusive manner, which allows him
to build lasting relationships. His ability to strengthen the
relationship between the union and management, as well as to motivate and
advise is invaluable and necessary to support the long-term success of its business.
Konrad holds a MBA
from the University of Liverpool. He also holds a post graduate Human
Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University. He earned
his Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, double majoring in
Psychology and Crime & Deviance where he also studied two years of Chemical
