Helping clients navigate health and social service systems
The Case Management Certificate program was developed in collaboration with McMaster's Faculty of Social Sciences and industry experts to help health and social services professionals perform care coordinator functions in a variety of practice settings.
Gain skills fundamental to client-centered case management; understand industry models, locate case management within health and social service policy frameworks, and more! This program is available entirely online for flexible, convenient study.
Who should take the Case Management program
health and social services professionals;
- recent graduates looking to pursue a career in social services/healthcare; or,
- professionals pursuing RRP designation.
