MacFadzean is an award-winning actor, writer and producer in film, tv, and
theatre. He has acted on most stages across Canada including Shaw, Stratford,
and Soulpepper. He has a degree in literature from McGill University and
certificates from the National Theatre School of Canada and the Canadian Film
Matthew has had ten of his plays produced, including The
Mill and richardthesecond, both published by Playwrights Canada
Press. He has written for kids' tv and had several projects in development with
notable production companies and networks. His first film, "Dorothy's
Secret," toured festivals and can now be seen on CBC'S Canadian Reflections.
He has received commissions, residencies and awards, including New York’s
Fox Foundation Award and his original series Free Space has been optioned
by Aircraft Pictures.
is an actor, arts educator and acting coach. Stacy has been a professional actor for over 20 years, working in
theatres throughout the country and also has worked extensively in
television and on film, with recurring roles on TV in
“Rookie Blue” as Zoe Shaw and “Sex & Violence” alongside Olympia
Dukakis. She was nominated for a Genie award for her work in the film “New
Stacy has taught various aspects of performance, including acting,
improvisation and shadow play at various schools, theatre schools and universities. Since moving to Stratford, ON, she has worked with The Bach Festival of Canada, Playmakers Theatre
School, Arts Express, The Foundation for Education and Dimensions in Dance where she currently teaches, and co-created the Triple Threat Program and the successful Get Connected Program.
Professional Theatre Aquarius instructors will facilitate each week of the program.
